Cleveland Hoarding Pros ("we", "us", or "our") provides biohazard remediation, crime scene cleanup, hoarding cleanup, odor removal, and bio-recovery technician training across Northeast Ohio and online. Because of the nature of this work, the information people share with us is often deeply personal. We treat it that way.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Name, phone number, email address, and property address
  • Photographs and descriptions of a property you upload for an estimate
  • Service requests, scheduling preferences, and communication history
  • Insurance carrier and claim information where you ask us to assist with a claim
  • Documents you sign or upload through our Client Portal
  • Payment information, which is processed by third-party payment providers and is not stored on our systems

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit this website, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring site. This is used for security and to understand how the site is used.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to questions and provide customer support
  • To meet legal, regulatory, and health-department documentation requirements
  • To send occasional service or training updates, only where you have opted in

3. Photographs and job documentation

Photographs of a property are used to prepare your estimate, document the work, support an insurance claim, and demonstrate compliance to an inspector where required. We do not publish identifiable photographs of a client property for marketing without separate, explicit written permission, and where permission is given, identifying detail is removed.

  • Service providers who support our operations, such as payment processing and portal hosting
  • Professional advisors, such as our attorneys and accountants

5. Client Portal and confidentiality

Our Client Portal is access-controlled. Only people you authorize can view photographs, documents, and reports for your project. Our field crews are instructed not to discuss a job outside the company, and that instruction applies without exception.

6. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you promptly if a breach affects your information.

7. Data retention

We retain job records, including documentation and photographs, for as long as needed to support insurance claims, warranty questions, and regulatory or legal obligations. You may request earlier deletion, and we will comply except where retention is required by law.

8. Your rights

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time
