3. Estimates and pricing
All prices are quoted in USD. We provide a written, itemized estimate before work begins. Estimates are based on the conditions visible at assessment, including any photographs you provide. Where conditions materially differ from what was assessed, such as contamination discovered beneath flooring or additional volume not visible in photographs, we will stop, inform you, and obtain written approval before performing additional work. We do not add charges after the fact without your approval.
Published price ranges on this website are indicative. Your written estimate governs.
4. Payment
Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. A deposit may be required for multi-day projects. Where an insurance claim is involved, payment terms will reflect the agreed arrangement with you and, where applicable, your carrier. Training course fees are payable in full at enrollment.
5. Scheduling and cancellation
Scheduled, non-emergency projects should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellation may incur a fee covering crew time, container delivery, and disposal arrangements already committed. Emergency dispatch is available 24 hours a day and is not subject to a cancellation fee if the scene has not yet been attended.
6. Property access and site conditions
You confirm that you own the property or are authorized to permit work to be performed on it. Where a scene is subject to a law enforcement or medical examiner hold, work begins only after the property is released. You are responsible for disclosing known hazards, including structural issues, asbestos, and lead, that could affect the safety of our crews.
7. Recovered items and disposal
On sorting projects we perform search-and-recovery triage and set aside cash, jewelry, documents, and items of apparent value, which are logged and returned to you or your designated representative. Material identified for disposal is removed and, where applicable, disposed of as Regulated Medical Waste with manifesting. Once you approve disposal, removal is final.
8. Service standard and guarantee
